New AccuSmart Series Delivers Convenience and Advanced Technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wheeling, IL<\/strong>\u00a0(March 1st, 2022) \u2013\u00a0Manejo de l\u00edquidos<\/a>, a Unit of IDEX Corporation and the leading global manufacturer of precision dispensing and mixing equipment for the architectural paint industry, announces the introduction of AccuSmart, a new series of automatic paint dispensers. The series includes two new models, AccuSmart 7500<\/a> y AccuSmart 9500<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur new AccuSmart Series is our latest innovation in high volume paint dispensing technology,\u201d said Ana Garcia, President, Global Dispensing, Fluid Management Inc. \u201cOur goal is to create greater efficiencies, better ergonomics and higher productivity for our users.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both the AccuSmart 7500 and AccuSmart 9500 have an array of features engineered to improve the operator experience. Canister layouts are optimized, making it easier than ever to fill and avoid spills. Accusmart series have our proven technology of DVX pumps, helping to reduce power consumption by 50%. Alignment is easier and more accurate with a new high-visibility array of 16 LED lights, speeding the dispensing process while reducing the chance of mistints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users of the AccuSmart 7500 and AccuSmart 9500 will appreciate the host of features designed to reduce cost and maintenance. Fluid Management\u2019s patented DPI\u2122 (Dew Point Intelligence) nozzle technology saves time and money, reducing maintenance by minimizing the need for daily picking and purging. Agitation frequency is individually programmable, preventing colorant from drying out. Advanced diagnostics and IoT capability enable greater uptime with enhanced remote support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AccuSmart 9500 is ideal for higher-volume operations, with the ability to handle canister sizes from four quarts to five gallons, and a max total flow rate of 150 ounces per minute. A 5-gallon conveyor and folding 1-gallon slide shelf enable the user to queue large orders, with better ergonomics while dispensing. For more compact operations, the AccuSmart 7500 handles 4 or 6 quart canisters, with a max flow rate of 80 ounces per minute and built-in 5-gallon and folding 1-gallon slide shelves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both the AccuSmart 7500 and AccuSmart 9500 will be ready to order in March 2022, and ready to ship in April 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
